At Mountain Property Rentals GA, the primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. All nightly rates are for 2 (two) guests with an additional fee of $25 per guest per night. We allow both adults and children at our properties. Only the registered number of guests on a reservation are allowed  at our Cabins, or on the Mountain, which is a private community! This is a rental home and not an event venue, therefore no events are allowed. This cabin is NOT suitable for parties. The “Quiet Time” rule must be observed from 10pm-8am! Maximum number of cars that can be parked on this property is 6. Strictly no parking on the roadways as they are extremely narrow in this rural area! You are allowed to have up to 2 pets (dogs only) of any size. Remember there is a $75 pet fee. There is absolutely NO smoking (of any kind, including but not limited to, cigarette, cigar, etc., or vapes) allowed in our cabin. Please make sure all fees for additional guests and pets are paid at the time of booking!
